The 2010-2015 Capital Facilities Plan was adopted by the Mount Vernon City Council on August 5, 2009 and is now available for review.  Paper copies are available Mount Vernon City Library, Community and Economic Development Department, and Public Works Department.

The 2009-2014 Capital Facilities Plan was adopted by the Mount Vernon City Council on August 13, 2008.  You may view the entire document which is 365 pages long.
