Details: On 11/2/04 a homicide occurred in Mount Vernon, WA. Two suspects have been identified. Suspect #1, JESUS ARTURO COTA-LEON, DOB 9/12/76. Suspect #2 is the brother of suspect #1 and is Identified at HECTOR GERADO COTA-LEON, DOB 9/28/82. Both currently have arrest warrants in NCIC/WACIC for Murder.
