Ntoice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Mount Vernon until 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at the Finance Director's Office at City Hall 910 Cleveland Avenue, Mount Vernon, Washington 98273 for the Downtown Flood Protection Project - Phase 1 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
